The customer pays for shipping and provides a shipping address at the time of purchase.

You can expect between six to eight weeks from time of purchase for delivery of your custom grill or smoker.

Returns & Exchanges

All grill sales are final. All items returned such as sauces, rubs and fuel  must be stacked as originally packaged/shipped, with original sales receipt, & in clean condition.

The company will not accept returns on opened, used, damaged or perishable items.

No, our grills are custom made. Once an order is placed the manufacture starts to build your custom grill for you. This process can not be stopped once started.
